Administrative and organization behavior: some insights from cognitive psychology

Recent research in the field of Cognitive psychology provides some important insights for students of administration. This article reviews various leitmotifs of the field and discusses several aspects- among them perception, scheme formation, information processing, and the evolution of the Grain - which have a direct bearing on administration and organizations.
