Training administrators for commitment to women's development

The article discusses the need for special commitment to women's development and shape this should take. The experience shows that the number of those needing orientation towards women's development, is very very large. Women suffer more than men. They have special needs and need a special approach. Administrators are to be helped to see that lack of equality in one's own thinking is not only not to be perpetrated in execution of services and schemes, but positive help to be given to women and weaker groups. The dissemination of knowledge inter-woven with sensitization sessions are a sine qua non for all level of administrators.
