Keating, Michael

Can government cope? - 2001 - p.98-103 - Sep

This article was originally presented as a paper to the National Conference of the Institute of Public Administration Australia on 1 December 2000. However, the principal threats to government capacity are political not technical, and the article also discusses the limitations of market-based policies in this respect. - Reproduced
