The panchayati system has been an integral part of our culture and civilisation. Since ancient times, on ideal governance system has been functioning in Indian villages through the intuitions of panchayats and the justice delivered by “Panch Parmeshwar”. It has strengthened our rural life and the economy so much that, even the most enormous upheavals and disasters in the world cannot effect it. Despite limited resources, these incipient panchayts also has their own system of information and communication. – Reproduced
