With this view in mind the workers engaged in brick kiln industry were selected for the study. In view of the fact that the informal sector is the only way of generating employment opportunities in the rural economy of Bihar. It consumes all types of employment seekers, but it cannot ensure the continuity of employment and proper facilities to the workers.
