The paper aims to examine the role of the Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal Motor Vehicle Agreement in enhancing the export competitiveness of the region by analysing the efficiency of existing supply chains of selected products. Using secondary data and an in-depth primary survey, a detailed examination of the supply chain of two key items—pharmaceuticals and processed pineapple—is undertaken to understand the impediments in the inbound and outbound supply chains. – Reproduced
