In economic terminology the term capital is used for any wealth producing asset and economists recognise two forms of capital namely, physical and human capital. Physical capital refers to tangible assets like equipments, buildings, real estate, etc which help in generation of income. the human capital, on the other hand; refers to the knowledge, skills, creativity, etc of individuals which contribute to the economic life.
