"To facilitate understanding of relationship between ethics and public interest as it operates in governance and ranking of Public Choices in developing countries, the author presents a detailed analytical account of various theoretical perceptions and concepts from related fields of Public Administration, Economics and Political Economy that together seem to conjure up the concept of Public Interest.
