| Summary, etc. |
Policies which are supposed to solve the problems of the society are producing negative results thus going against the very objectives. This crisis is the by-product of the Cartesian paradigm which postulated fragmented world view. Under its influence different policies have been formulated and implemented independently and they are viewed as value neutral. But policies cannot be separated from each other and studied independently. They are also culture-bound. - Reproduced |
