In the present conditions of Covid-19, it is very critical for everyone to redene what is safe behaviour and spot-correct it for safety of self and others. This article addresses some behavioural safety aspects of Covid-19 in terms of why do people take risks as they do?, what are the similarities and differences between Covid-19 and behavioral based safety (BBS) management as both interventions are driving behavioural change?, how to implement BBS after lockdown in plant, and behavioral challenges and solutions to contain Covid-19. This paper is based on qualitative methodology using interviews, group discussions, eld surveys. Objective is to review the current conditions and enable people to access this researched information for effective management of behavioural safety interventions. – Reproduced |
