Talent is gender neutral. Yet, gender has been a favoured subject for discussion in various conferences and seminars over the past few decades, to identify the various ways to enhance the representation of women in. It is well recognised that the gainful engagement of human capital has a direct corelation with the GDP of a Nation. It is therefore imperative that everyone responsible for governing find ways to develop and manage this valuable resource.
