Summary, etc Hybrid Work Environment—the pandemic induced new working style demands the Human Resource Department especially ‘Learning & Development’ team to develop and design their training modules in a blended agile fashion. Events that integrate several delivery modalities and might have both online and in-person attendees in a single session should be included. In this scenario, the most important aspect for an organisation is to make sure that all the employees follow company rules and governmental rules to avoid mistakes, accidents, and to guarantee the quality of products and services, i.e., Compliance Training System. Compliance training helps to educate employees to prevent workplace problems and issues that produce a better working environment with a workforce that is empowered, engaged, and has a lower turnover rate. However, monitoring and enforcing compliance in a hybrid environment seems to be pretty challenging. The only solution to make it easier is to build a culture of Compliance as an integral part of the corporate training package. This conceptual paper aims at throwing light on certain objectives such as knowing the various modalities in compliance training in a hybrid environment, finding out the various methods to increase the effectiveness of hybrid model of compliance training, etc. This paper also tries to propose a digitally engaged model for compliance training which is known as Employee Experience Model. Information was obtained through the secondary data available in various online platforms. A number of research papers and articles were also reviewed, later analysed and structured to form the assumptions and conclusions. – Reproduced
