| Summary, etc | The Leaking Pipeline is a sociological phenomenon which leaves fewer women available for Board senior level positions in organisations. Due to reasons and norms prevalent in the larger social structure, which is patriarchal in nature. Hitherto the assumption has been that these reasons lie in the domain of their domestic burden and the social structure’s reliance on the woman being the primary care giver. Whether this is a valid assumption or not, is the focus of my study. – Reproduced https://www.istd.in/files/journals/IJTD-2022-Jan-Mar.pdf |
