| Summary, etc | Organisations all around the world have recently realised how critical it is to implement cutting-edge technological solutions to improve employee learning and development. One such initiative that seeks to increase overall organisational performance while streamlining training procedures is the installation of Learning Management Software (LMS). However, there are several obstacles to the implementation of LMS, such as aversion to change, apprehension about technology, and the requirement to abandon conventional teaching techniques. In this case study, the successful adoption of learning management software inside a company is examined, emphasising the critical importance of change management techniques and strong teamwork. The study focuses on the obstacles that the organisation encountered during the implementation process, the methods used to get over them, and the advantages that resulted for the organisation and its employees. This case study is an invaluable resource for businesses looking to deploy learning management software. It emphasises the importance of fostering a supportive organisational culture, aligning stakeholder interests, and utilising effective change management strategies to successfully deploy LMS and achieve organisational goals- Reproduced https://www.istd.in/files/journals/IJTD-2022-April-June.pdf |
