Summary, etc Crime is an unpredictable occurrence that causes social harm. In India, Crime is a major source of concern for the authorities. The crime rate is rising in Haryana as the population grows, and different social, economic, and political changes in community in a variety of ways. As a result, crime analysis is critical for gaining a better knowledge of the elements that influence crime in both positive and bad ways. This study used Z-score and composite index to examine the crimes incidences across districts so that it can assist police authorities in more effectively preventing crime. The information on the crimes was gathered from the National Crime Record Bureau’s website (NCRB). These findings aid in the discovery of fresh information that may be used to improve crime prevention tactics. – Reproduced
