In many schools e learning become a challenge, as the students have difficulty to get access to the electronic devices. The aim of this study was to compare on the perception of the students towards the e-learning at Government and Private Schools and the life satisfaction level. This is a Quantitative study and the data were collected from 100 students from private and government schools. The comparative study between private and government school was done in Thirupporur Taluk. The students had a positive perception of online learning too but most of them preferred face-to-face learning due to various reasons.
