Summary, etc The article employs a qualitative research approach to understand the challenges of the case management system in Zimbabwe. The data gathered through literature review and key informant interviews reheated salary disparities, lack of a common training manual for trainers of case managers, dependency on donor funding, high caseload, inadequate resource and brine drain, as some of the challenges bedeviling he case management programmer in Zimbabwe. The author’s found evidence of child rights violation and offer certain measures to stenghen the case management pogramme in Zimbabwe. – Reproduced
