Summary, etc Organisational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) is the voluntary conduct of a person, where an individual works for a company apart from tasks assigned to him by his company. Successful companies have employees who go beyond formal tasks and help others. This sort of selflessness is something that is not there in the rules and regulations; however, it helps in easy and smooth operations in the organisation. OCB is based on private preferences and is not a part of tasks assigned to an employee. OCB has a great role in the organisation where each employee is helping each other in the organisation. If an employee makes a voluntary commitment, there will be an increase in productivity and will help in maintaining a good and healthy relationship with employees at work. This research work aims to present the various factors that influence OCB and to find out the impact of selected demographic profiles and work environments on OCB.- Reproduced
