Consequently, investigating the role of tourism in the economy, particularly within the context of India, is imperative. This study strives to analyze the contributions of the tourism industry by examining most pertinent data, focusing on India's tourism and hospitality sector. It also seeks to assess the visitor traffic, both domestic and international, to sites protected by the Archaeological Survey of India, alongside evaluating data regarding approved hotels and their occupancy rates, as well as recognized tourism service providers in India which plays a crucial role in current times.”- Reproduced
