520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc Since the passage of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, there have been several judicial deliberations on whether this law can be broadly interpreted to be gender-neutral or not. This article argues that judicial decisions on questions of gender neutrality in the laws against sexual harassment tend to decontextualise and selectively draw upon feminist and queer debates on gender neutrality in laws in India. – Reproduced
