Indian political and social system at resent is influenced by rapid development in the field of telecommunication and satellite communication exemplified by the successful expedition of Chandrayan-III. At the same time present India government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi is trying to bring back and keep operative the traditional forms of communication with indigenous technologies. in that direction in the field of communication Prime Minister Modi relied on the old the rank and file of Indian society in a democratic political system and it as a two way communication as Prime Minister Modi heard about the words of ordinary people in his show as well. Amateur Radio is seen as a old form of radio communication in this era of digital technology.
