The focus of the present study is the need to adopt the agile strategy of change management, thus borrowing the philosophy of agile development Software technologies and implementing the fundamental principles in managing change in the organisation. traditional change management methods can be used in today’s time but the exception with the Agile Change Management method will be the speed at which steps and stages are perceived and handled. For the research, the literature review was conducted to study the obsolesce of change management and the need for SMEs. It is concluded that traditional methods have become obsolete and there is a need for new methodsfor which Agile Change Management comes in the research. – Reproduced
