520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. The conditions of our existence are changing fast. The cold war is over. Capitalism has won. The actually existing socialism has lost. Neither money nor market is the essence of modern capitalism. Systematic organisation precedes both. This article brings out some concomitants of organisation: work, differentiation, subsumption, consumerism, and appropriate education. In a well-organised society, talented entrepreneurs and managers stretch themselves out and make the impossible possible. Disciplined workers with job skills and work values continuously put in concerted efforts for attaining the organisational objectives. Appropriate work culture facilitates mutual trust and cooperation. Rational will, together with ethics of collective consciousness/individual responsibility make the mare go. Globalization extends our mental horizons, opens up the existing boundaries, and shifts old loyalities. The market mechanism constraints individuals to work hard and put in concerted efforts. They learn to strike a balance between cooperation and competition with one another at the same time. Above all, they organise themselves effectively. Those who fail to do so, get side-lined. - Reproduced.
