Researchers have suggested that LMX and Voice are important determinants of perceived justice at the workplace. Following the theoretical developments on justice perceptions, we investigated the effect of LMX and Voice constructs on workplace justice in various software organizations in India. Organizational justice was studied by means of three dimensions: distributive, procedural and interactional and LMX was assessed on two dimensions: perceived contribution and affect. Voice was conceptualized as a unidimensional construct. In a questionnaire survey, 310 executives of software organizations perceived LMX (Contribution currency) and Voice influenced the three justice dimensions. Results revealed that though perceived contribution and voice predicted justice, affect did not. - Reproduced. |
