Summary, etc. Simulation is said to be the representation of the essential characteristics of a system, by means of a simpler one in particular the representation of the physical phenomenon by computer or by other equipment for example aircraft training simulator. In the cases where special manual and reflect skills are not involved and the learning involves more of mental and logical inputs then the technique of simulation is slightly modified. The present students are made to use the power of their subconscious minds and to experience what is to be taught. The study was carried out at Institute of Hotel Management Bhopal on 120 students. Similar topic was taught to two different sections using two different training methods. Simulation and conventional classroom black board technique was used. The effect of the two methods was evaluated by a written test. A feedback form was also given to all students at the end of the week. The study revealed that simulation is interesting and effective technique that should be used in the training. - Reproduced.
