It is an-thology to which a number of well-known writers of Political Science and Public Administration have contributed. They, by and large, belong to Fred W. Riggs' own field of enquiry or are familiar with his contribution. They have, therefore, joined hands and brought out this worthwhile volume by way of an academic tribute to Fred W. Riggs, which he richly deserves. It will be worthwhile to mention at the outset that Ramesh K. Arora deserves credit for not merely editing a worthwhile volume but adding to it an introduction on Fred W. Riggs as also a summing up at the end of the book.
