Cost-effectiveness of some selected schemes under IRDP in Haryana: some reflections

The ivestigation show that interms of cost-effectiveness milch animal scheme is superior to other benefit schemes and should be treated as the most important component of the anti-poverty scheme in Haryana. Secondly, no consideration should be given to the economic level of poor beneficiaries in assigning milch animal scheme and thirdly, the DRDAs in Haryana should evolve more efficient project management techniques in order to ensure proper impleme
