Besides covering recommendations of Setalvad Committee and Radhakrishnan Commission, and highlighting importance of socially relevant legal education, she takes a critical look on the role of Bar Council of India, including the new (1997) curriculum prescribed by it and makes pointed reference to lacunae therein. - Reproduced
