Public administrator attitudes about spirituality: an exploratory study

Results of the survey are analayzed and reported. Based on these initial findings, it can be said that ASPA members who consider themselves to be spiritual have a substantially different worldview from those who are not spiritual, so they may behave differently in some ways at work and in the community than do their nonspiritual counterparts.
