Cities of the developing world have become the centre of opportunities. The concentration of resources in the cities has led to a major socio-economic inequality between urban and rural life. Compact city policies predominantly focus on mixed-use, accessible, and highdensity urban development. It is one such approach to plan for the futuristic requirements of the city.
