Persons with disabilities are victims of numerous crimes. They are more susceptible to crimes compared to rest of the population. Theydon’s have access to resources. Accessibility is needed to proceed with the justice system. Criminal justice system is not strong enough to adequately address crimes committed against and by disabled persons. People who are deal and dumb, blind and these suffering form learning and multiple disabilities particularly find it very difficult to seek justice. This appear critically analyses crimes committed against and by person with disabilities. – Reproduced
