Therefore to underline the inter linkage between education and demographic transition in Bihar a comparative study of female literacy rate, total fertility rate and age sees structure has been done and inter relationship has been traced in comparison to that of India and other states. As such the main objective ofd the present paper is to trace the linkage between women’s educational level and demographic structure with reference to Bihar. – Reproduced
