Customer has become more demandinghe needs more pampering at the same time he wants Value for money. The Customer Sales Index and Customer Service Index need to be maintained at High Levels.The Sales and After Sales Service coupled with Driving Skill Technology has augmented the growth of Indian Car Industry globally competitive.
