University NewsSummary: The 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) envisioned by the United Nations to make this world a better place to live has gained a lot of attention and focus from the global community, which is instrumental in seeing the vision into a reality. The efforts by each one deserve appreciation for the unanimity and harmony shown to achieve these irrespective of the size of the economies. Peace is hereditary to every child born on this planet. However, it is quite a paradox that peace is becoming elusive to the most intelligent species Homo Sapiens. The SDG-16 talks about peace, justice and strong institutions. – Reproduced
