IIPA DigestSummary: This article proposes a novel strategy to involve the Corporate Sector in India’s fight against child malnutrition. The Corporate Sector, whose tremendous potential is hardly harnessed in this grand enterprise, can be effectively put to use with certain readjustments at the policy level. The entire theorization is premised upon an in-situ case study conducted by the author in the capacity of a Government official. The author has endeavoured to join the concepts of Child Malnutrition, Corporate Social Responsibility, Shared Value and the amended version of the Companies’ Act, 2013 into a coherent whole in order to prescribe an effective stratagem to combat Child Malnutrition in India. – Reproduced
