The digital era provides the opportunity to utilize data analytics to measure and monitor the impact of various initiatives, to integrate and promote digital governance. This is possible even more so with the massive linkage of Aadhaar to the rural households. Time has come to understand the impact of the accessibility of these services to the poor and marginalised sections of society, and whether the families have been able to escape the vicious cycle of poverty. – Reproduced
