These promise substantive outcomes at the summit but the key will be practical follow-up. The summit is overshadowed by the sharp divisions among members over the ongoing Ukraine War. It will be a challenge for India to keep the focus on the urgent need for countries to work together on cross-national and cross-domain issues.
