Research on learning analytics is an emerging discipline that gained prominence in the last few years. Analysing the design of the learning and development research will provide insights into new research in associated industries in the workplace in the future. This research looks at how the intellectual framework’s cornerstone is DLOQ analysis. By looking at the research’s citations, references, authors, concepts, and journals, this research seeks to add to the existing collection of literature. Sixty-six publications from the “Dimensions” database that published between 2017 and 2022 looked at for this purpose. “Bibliometric networks are constructed and represented graphically using Vosviewer software”. The magazines that publish these papers have employed a broad range of disciplines to address the measuring metrics of DLOQ. The main subjects covered in the papers are the concepts of Learning Parameters, which are used by companies through DLOQ, a technique developed by Marsick and Watkins. The research’s findings show how much interest there has been recently in measuring an organisation’s learning culture. The primary subjects are data quality, technical advancements, and collaboration with the IT department, which are the competencies of HR and L&D specialists.. – Reproduced
