This article analyses the current situation of higher education for women with disabilities in India by examining their enrolment as students and employment as teachers. The findings demonstrate that despite constitutional provisions and recent legislation, disability continues to be a significant factor in perpetuating social discrimination, inequality, and exclusion of women in higher education settings, both as students and educators. – Reproduced
