Drawing on empirical data and stakeholders’ insights, the paper evaluates the feasibility and impact of the Master Plan in enhancing urban livability, economic vitality, and environmental sustainability. It concludes with strategic recommendations to bridge implementation gaps and promote an inclusive, resilient, and future-ready Patna.-Reproduced https://www.printspublications.com/journal/nagarlok--quarterly-journal-of-urban-affairs--a-ugccare-listed-journal
