There are several problems associated with the piecemeal approach to running the MDPs. The various problems associated with the running of MDPs have been identified in this paper, and a new delivery model is being suggested. This model, if implemented by the various training organizations, would make the individual modules more attractive to individual trainees, improve motivation levels and make the MDPs cost effective. - Reproduced.
