Indian Journal of Training and DevelopmentSummary: I being a professional trainer and having been engaged in the training of Corporate Executives, the Bank Officers and, the bureaucrats like, I.A.S., I.f.S. officers including the officers from NGOs, for more than two decades, I can say with some authority and certainty that, I know the strength and weaknesses of their training, the style and contents of the training and it's after effects. Though I do not have the data or information about the training being imparted to the bureaucrats at Mussoorie/Dehradun, or IIPA Delhi, but having observed them while discharging their responsibilities, and while interacting with the people in general, I am made to believe that some necessary changes in their training contents and process is needed urgently. - Reproduced.
