KurukshetraSummary: Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan is basically an effort to universalize elementary eduction by effectively involving the Panchayati Raj Institutions, the school management committees, the village and slum level education committee, the parent's- teacher's association, the tribal autonomous councils. it is an attempt to provide an opportunity for improving human capabilities of the poorest children through provision of community owned quality education in a mission mode.
