The paper relies on varius financial grants and loans and its utilization by the State Government. In order to make it more unformative and crispy, the paper is in tabular form with comparative figures. Admiistration is a two ways process where both, the administrators and the people, have to co-operate and coordinate for deliverance of `good' governance. - Reprpoduced.
