Material type: materialTypeLabelArticlePublisher: 2005Description: p.485-498.Subject(s): Human development - India - West Bengal | Human development In: Indian Journal of Public AdministrationSummary: Greater outlays year after year towards social sector development could not improve human development profile in many states of India.
