The study positively tests two main hypotheses with regard to the users' needs and satisfaction. These hypotheses are: (i) there are various types of users demanding a variety of computerised L and IS in order to fulfil their requirements which need intensified manpower efficiency for the required provisions; and (ii) there exist inadequate infrastructural facilities in the IIPA Library to provide adequate computerised L and IS to the requirements of the users. It also furnishes important suggestions in order to improve the supply of the computerised L and IS by the Library concerned. - Reproduced.
