On the one side nature is in jeopardy and on the other side man is ruthlessly destroying nature. In this context, the youth of a country has a significant role. In most countries the youth comprise a sizable portion of the population; their youthful energy can be properly utilized in a creative way. Hence two broad and two specific objectives can be discernea. An understanding of the environmental condition and the attitude of youth on conservation of environment are the broad objectives. The specific objectives include national youth policy, the potentiality of youth and the importance of natural resources. - Reproduced.
