Western Australia's turn of the century royal commission
It is commentary on article by Michael Hollier and Allan Peachment in the June 1990 issue of AJPA. the focus of the article was wetern Australian Royal Commission which had inquired into the public service of the state in the immediate post-federation period. The author here points out that the 1902 Western Australian Royal Commission was not quite as "forgotten" as the authors of the original article had suggested, because it was given attention in his own doctoral thesis
