National security policy and the Indian parliament 

<br/><br/> This paper discusses briefly the working of Indian Parliament in national security policy area within a broader context of the situation that obtain in relation to working of legislatures in the area of national security in other countries. The author argues that legislature has a great role and influence in domestic policy-making than in national security policy-amking as is seen in U.S.A., Canada, the U.K. or the Federal Republic of Germany
