<br/><br/> The weaknesses of rural credit have stemmed from the deficiencies of the structure of agricultural production itself. This weak base has been raised on imposing super structure of credit institutions which one committee after another has kept reshulling and adding to. What has to be considered is how to reorganise the structure of agricultural production rather than the structure of rural credit
